Student Declaration

1. I declare that the information provided by me is true.
2. I declare that I have read the rules and regulations of the college on the college website and I will abide by them.
3. I agree that my admission is subject to norms i.e. eligibility and other criteria as decided by the monitoring/controlling authorities i.e. University/State Govt./Central Govt.
4. I agree to pay the fees if I am selected within the stipulated period failing which my admission may be cancelled.
5. I agree to the terms and conditions that no refund will be made to me in case of withdrawal/cancellation of admission.
6. I agree to pay the annual fees before applying for T.C. in the event of leaving the course during the session.
7. I promise that I will not smoke, drink alcohol, spit in the campus or use any kind of tobacco products.
8. I promise that I will not misbehave with fellow students, teachers and staff.
9. I promise that I will not bring students of other college or any outsider to the college campus.
10. I promise to be regular for classes and promise that my attendance will not be less than 75%.
11. I fully understand that the college management/staff/security personnel will not be liable for any damage/theft/loss of my vehicle in the campus.
12. I promise that I shall enter the college campus with my identity card, valid driving license and wear a helmet in case of a two wheeler.
13. I understand that the use of mobile phone in the class room/labs/library etc. is strictly prohibited and in case of breach, my mobile phone will be confiscated.
14. In case of violation of code of conduct and cyber law, I agree that I will accept any punishment awarded by Discipline Committee.
15. I agree to fulfill all academic requirements in specified time and participate in co-curricular, extra curricular or any other activities organised by the college.
16. I agree to wear the complete college uniform during college hours.
17. I am aware that BSSS is an English medium college and therefore the medium of instruction and exams will be in English.
18. I do hereby declare that no legal and/or criminal case is pending against me before any court.
